• PCB Design Oversight. We have extensive experience overseeing the layout of PCB’s. Working with an experienced PCB designer, we can guide the layout that is optimal for the particular application, ensuring things such as power distribution, radiated noise, ESD susceptibility, and basic mechanical fit all will work correctly in the end PCB.
• Prototype System Testing and Analysis. As output of a project effort, we will have fabricated a set of working prototypes to be used for test and reference for launch to full production. We will bring up the new system and run tests per the test plans.
• Latent Bug Problem Analysis. We have experience in diagnosing a wide variety of issues found after a product is in production. We methodically analyze the symptoms and the overall design, using various techniques to narrow down the issue. Our service is not only valuable for identifying a latent product flaw, but may also be useful as expert witness testimony.
