• Manufacturing Management. We have extensive experience in working with overseas contract manufacturers in China and Taiwan, and can extend this experience to domestic CM’s and other regions of the world. We will connect with reliable CM’s, get quotes, coordinate the initial launch and set up of each project, and closely track and monitor the process from Engineering Samples, to Pilot Production, to Mass Production. On-going, we will assist in solving production issues such as testing problems, supply chain shortages, cost containment, etc. We also work with CM sub-suppliers for custom component fabrication and special services.  
• Customer Technical Assistance. We can provide technical guidance and assistance for your customers with their projects to help you grow your business and theirs.
